Most Browning boots available online are also available in stores. However, certain models, colors, or sizes may be exclusive to a particular point of sale. Depending on the size of the store, the entire collection may not be available everywhere.
Online orders
After completing your online purchase, you will receive a confirmation email containing a summary of your order. If you do not see this email, check your spam folder.
Once an order has been processed, it cannot be modified or canceled. If you are not satisfied with the product, you may return it in accordance with our return policy.
Shipping and tracking
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. This number allows you to track your package directly on the Purolator or Canada Post website.
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the carrier selected. In general, delivery takes place within a few business days after shipment.
Returns and refunds
You can return your boots via Purolator or by mail once you have received your order. The product must be new, unworn, and returned with the invoice or printed electronic confirmation.
Refunds are issued after the returned product has been received and inspected. The time frame may vary depending on your financial institution.
If the purchase was made directly from the Browning Footwear online store, the return must be made by mail or carrier, in accordance with the current return policy.
If the purchase was made in a physical store or through a partner store's online store, the return must be processed by that store. The point of sale will apply its return policy, which is established in accordance with the policy of the manufacturer, Browning Footwear.
